The gifts of Seedling for Change are site specific. At the University, they happen in the classroom, in seminar room, in lecture halls, in the office, in the hallway, or on a stroll from one building to another. They also happen on our way to some place, while we are waiting, when we are taking a break: in the car, the bus, the coffee shop, an office, at the bank, at a street light. We do not see “service” as something separate from what we do as researchers. Our work in history is a production that always takes on a massive scale.
