Canada 150 Fund
Projects supported by the Canada 150 Fund are new and specifically designed to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Confederation. Applicants are encouraged to design and propose projects that encourage active participation and bring Canadians together to mark and celebrate our diversity in inclusive ways and to help shape Canada for the future.
This project is meant to serve as a source of funding for other projects in line with Seedling for Change’s goal of building connections and serving communities.
